Shipping and Handling Charges/Policies

• Basic Charge: We charge a flat, $8.99 shipping charge for all orders (waived for all orders over $149.00). Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which reaches most areas of the U.S. within 2 to 3 days, except for some bulky and/or heavy items, which will then be shipped via surface which reaches most areas of the U.S. within 3 to 10 days.
• Two-Day Air Delivery: For an additional $10.00 we'll get your order to you in two business days.
• One-Day Air Delivery: For an additional $20.00 we'll get your order to you in one business day.

• Please note that some very large products (generally large amplifiers and keyboards) may incur additional surcharges. Some size and item restrictions also apply to Air shipments. Hazardous and flammable items cannot be shipped via air. Air packages over 10 pounds will be charged an additional $10.00. Two-Day and One-Day Air delivery available only in the U.S. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

• Note that at this time, we can only accept and ship orders to the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii and US Military APO/FPO addresses.
